JOBS. Overregulated businesses cutting back on highly taxed employees? Sen. Hillary Clinton has a solution -- create another goverment agency. And of course, what the spontaneous order of the free market really must have is a government strategy, claims Mrs. Clinton and -- can you believe it! -- this country has no plan! No government plan for the free economy. Shocking!

But this might be a good idea -- Clinton calls for a 10 percent across the board cut in corporate taxes.
