Davis & Co. pull the trigger on the California car tax -- sealing the governor's fate and guaranteeing a tax revolt like California has not seen in a generation. Tom McClintock, John & Ken, and an army of millions now plan to either reduce the car tax to $1 per vehicle or eliminate the car tax altogether.
