ARIZONA PROP 200 controlling illegal immigration wins in a vote by the people -- the measure now goes to the judges, who will decide the matter according to their own private whims, the law and the Constitution be damned. That, at least, is how things usually go in such cases.

The measure won 56-44 but yet to be challenged in the courts. But not to fear, the racist group La Raza -- "The Race" -- plans to challenge the law in Federal court in the very near future. Posted by Greg Ransom | TrackBack
