BE AFRAID, PART III. If the Democrats want to give themselves nightmares, let them imagine an Arnold Schwarzenegger - Rudy Giuliani ticket in 2008 running against Hillary Clinton. Would the Republicans win 70 percent of the vote or 75%? 80 percent maybe? Would Schwarzenegger -Giuliani win 49 states or 50? My guess -- 50.
