CONGRESSIONAL HEROS Duncan Hunter and James Sensenbrenner are defying Pres. Bush in a battle to secure America's borders. The fight is over the content of the Sept. 11 homeland security bill -- Pres. Bush is threatening to veto any bill which would keep illegal aliens from getting U.S. drivers licences. Yes, you read that right. George Bush has once again made it clear that the political constituency favoring illegal immigration and open borders is a more significant priority to him than is American homeland security. I voted for Bush, but I'll never be confortable with the fact that Pres. Bush is as ready to sell out our American citizenship for temporary poltical advantage as his father was ready to sell out the U.S. taxpayer. Posted by Greg Ransom | TrackBack
