AN NEW BOOK on Harvard discovered by DAVID HOROWITZ:

I have just finished Ross Douthat's memoir of Harvard, Privilege. This is an extraordinary book for a young man to have written and announces the beginning of an important literary carrer. It is of course more than a memoir of his school days (the best I have ever read by the way). It is also an anthropology of America's "ruling class" educational institution as he so cheekily puts it ..
