THE "EVOLVING INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS" idea should allow the President
and the Congress to dismiss the members of the Supreme Court tomorrow -- hey, who cares what the Constitution says -- democracy is on the rise and the courts are the most undemocratic institution imaginable.
