IDENTITY THEFT -- one more cost of illegal immigration.

The recent and massive ChoicePoint identity theft scandal in California turns out to be the second time Nigerian born scam artists in the U.S. have used ChoicePoint to victimize Americans. Every victim of identity theft I've ever talked to has been victimized by foreign born criminals who have found their way to America, both legally and illegally.
